Defects of the goods are subject to the statutory warranty provisions.<\/p>\r\n

Right of withdrawal for consumers<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Below you will find a briefing on the requirements and consequences of the statutory right of withdrawal (= return of purchased goods) for shipped orders. A contractual granting of rights beyond the law is not connected with purchase done through our website. In particular, the statutory right of revocation does not apply to commercial re-sellers.<\/p>\r\n

Cancellation policy\/Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons.<\/p>\r\n

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you and who is not the carrier, has the last taken possession of the goods.<\/p>\r\n

by means of a clear statement (such as a letter sent bymail or e-mail, or a phone call) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.<\/p>\r\n

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/p>\r\n

Consequences of the cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will\u00a0 return to you all the payments we have received from you, including\u00a0 delivery charges immediately, or at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive the returned goods. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees.<\/p>\r\n

For goods that can normally be returned by post, the following applies:<\/p>\r\n

We may refuse to repay you until we have the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>\r\n

You must send back the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract to :<\/p>\r\n

Deadline for returning or handling over and costs<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.<\/p>\r\n

You must bear the cost of the return of the goods.<\/p>\r\n

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

There are legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal (\u00a7 18 FAGG), whereby we reserve the right to rely on the following provisions:<\/p>\r\n

There is no right of revocation for contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.<\/p>\r\n
