TERMS OF SERVICE: Important information concerning your order<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Contract<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order, either by delivery of the goods ordered by you or by way of order confirmation.\u00a0 Subject to a statutory right of revocation, you are bound to your order for a maximum of 3 working days.<\/p>\r\n

About\u00a0 the prices – Details of payment & retention of title<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The prices quoted in our online shop are in Euros, inclusive of VAT and other price components, but excluding shipping costs.<\/p>\r\n

The goods remain the property of Die H\u00e4ngemattenManufaktur e.U.\u00a0 until full payment has been made. Die H\u00e4ngemattenManufaktur e.U. reserves the right to assert the resulting damages (such as interest or collection costs) in the event of default by the customer, within the legal framework.<\/p>\r\n

Advance payment for made to measure products<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Some products can be customized for you. Price is to be agreed before order acceptance, and 50% of the invoice amount must be paid in advance – either by direct debit or by bank transfer, immediately after receiving the order confirmation. Only after receipt of the deposit will production start.<\/p>\r\n

Discounts<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

We do not agree with the widespread procedure of granting customers additional discounts other than those already included in the prices. Therefore, we do not grant individual additional discounts.<\/p>\r\n

Scope of application<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders of customers residing or having their registered office in Europe.<\/p>\r\n

Statutory Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The European Union requires us to inform you about your statutory right of withdrawal.\u00a0 In line with this right of withdrawal, you can send the unused ordered goods back to us within 14 days after reception of the said goods without advance notice.<\/p>\r\n

Order procedure<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

To order in our online shop, add an item to the shopping cart. To add another item to the shopping cart, click on the “BUY NOW” button related to the product you wish to purchase or if in the shopping cart, click on \u201cCONTINUE SHOPPING\u201d. Choose Material and Color, then Click on\u00a0 the \u201cBUY NOW\u201d button, to add\u00a0 the chosen product your shopping Cart. In the Shopping Cart, enter your exact billing and shipping address. Choose your preferred delivery method and check your order. In the order overview you can see the details of your order, the selected items, the price including VAT, the shipping cost, the invoice total and the delivery address.<\/p>\r\n

You conclude your order by clicking on the “PLACE ORDER” button as the final step in the ordering process.<\/p>\r\n
