Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Delivery (Shipping of goods) will be made within 10 working days (weekdays except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Custom made items delivery will be made within delays agreed upon with the buyer at the moment of order confirmation by Die H\u00e4ngemattenManufaktur e. U. . In each case delivery (Shipping of goods) will be made after receipt of order or receipt of the agreed down payment (see “Payment”).<\/p>\r\n

In case of unavailability of the goods ordered, we will inform the buyer immediately and any total\/advance payment will be refunded immediately.<\/p>\r\n

Type of delivery<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

We use Austrian regular mail service for sending parcels within Europe.<\/p>\r\n

We deliver large and bulky products (namely the Cloud Hammock Stand) ourselves in Austria only, upon agreement for delivery costs with the buyer.<\/p>\r\n

Shipping Costs – Hammocks<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Shipping cost calculation for parcels <\/span>is on a Weight Basis.\u00a0 Calculation is based on the weight of the entire cart and inclusive of VAT. We use Austrian regular mail service for sending parcels within Europe.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\r\nFrom 4 kg\u00a0 to below 10 kg a shipping cost of \u20ac 11 is applicable
\r\nFrom 10 kg\u00a0 and up a shipping cost of \u20ac 16 is applicable<\/p>\r\n

United States of America (U.S.A.) – Shipping Cost Calculation Table:<\/strong>
\r\nFrom 0 kg\u00a0 to below 2 kg a shipping cost of \u20ac 27 is applicable
\r\nFrom 2 kg\u00a0 to below 4 kg a shipping cost of \u20ac 39 is applicable\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
\r\nFrom 4 kg\u00a0 to below 10 kg a shipping cost of 73 is applicable
\r\nFrom 10 kg\u00a0 and up a shipping cost of \u20ac 137 is applicable<\/p>\r\n

Other countries <\/b>– Shipping cost for parcels to be shipped in other countries than the ones listed above is calculated on case to case Weight Basis depending on shipping country. Customers from these other countries must contact us at ordering time to confirm shipping cost with us.<\/p>\r\n

Shipping Cost – Cloud Hammock Stand <\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Austria<\/strong> – The delivery cost of the Cloud Hammock Stand is evaluated on a case to case basis according to the delivery address.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Outside of Austria<\/strong> – We do not deliver ourselves the Cloud Hammock Stand outside of Austria. However, the delivery of a Cloud Hammock Stand outside of Austria is possible through a shipping company and cost will be evaluated on a case to case basis according to the location of the buyer, the chosen shipping company’s tariffs and the type of packing required.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
